Party with Paul Mitchell Recap

Last night I hosted a Paul Mitchell® party for Glamour Magazine at the Godiva Salon in Atlanta. Glamour asked me to invite 15-20 of my friends and readers to test out Paul Mitchell’s newest products for women with curly and blonde hair. We noshed on small bites provided by a local catering company Figs and Honey while we waited for a consultation by the amazing team at the Godiva Salon. The staff at Godiva Salon was extremely nice and knowledgeable about all hair types.

Each guest was paired up with a stylist and given a tour of the salon. I was paired with a lead stylist named Ashley. After our tour we were all given robes and a drink.

Godiva is an exclusive Paul Mitchell® salon and uses all of their products. I requested that I get a blowout with curls at the end.  Ashley used several products on my hair but I was most impressed with Paul Mitchell’s Curls Leave-In Treatment and the entire Awapuhi line. To detangle my curly hair, she used a really cool brush called the Knot Genie made to get rid of any hair knots. After detangling my hair she gave me a smooth blowout. My hair turned out great and I’ll definitely be back soon to try out another treatment.

As a parting gift we were each given a gift bag from Glamour filled with Paul Mitchell goodies and a copy of the current issue of the magazine.
